1. Mahindra XUV 700:

Mahindra XUV 500 was replaced with XUV 700 at a starting price of Rs13.18 lakh (Ex-showroom) while top-end model comes at a price of Rs24.58 lakh (Ex-showroom). The vehicle is offered in 23 variants and Mahindra hasn't compromised in terms of features, safety and performance. The new XUV 700 is powered by a 2.0L petrol and 2.2L Diesel engine. The Petrol engine produces a power of 197 bhp and torque of 380nm while the diesel engine churns out power of 182 bhp and 420 nm of peak torque.

Scorpio N has been powered by 2.0L m Stallion petrol engine and m Hawk diesel engine. Petrol engine produces power of 200 bhp and 380 nm of torque while diesel churns out 175 bhp and 400 nm of torque. The vehicle picks 0 to 100 in 11.6 seconds and can go up to the speed of 160kmph.

New Scorpio N comes with all-wheel drive option and it has disc brakes in all wheels. The Indian carmaker, Tata is already known for its super built quality and Tata Safari is one of the favorite cars among Indians. Tata has brought the Safari name back with its latest model, which is built on Omega Arc platform and price starts from Rs 15 lakh (Ex-showroom) and depending on the variants, goes up to Rs 22 lakh (Ex-showroom). It is offered in 34 variants but comes with only 2.0L diesel engine, no petrol engine is offered by Tata. The engine produces a power of 168 bhp and peak torque of 350 nm by taking out 16 kmpl of mileage.

Tata Safari does not comes with all-wheel drive option but has all wheel disc brakes. The vehicle has a length of 4661 mm, width of 1894 mm, height of 1786 mm and wheelbase of 2741 mm. The SUV comes with an option of 6 or 7 seaters having a boot space of 73 litres only. Features are good enough in the segment whereas it does not beats the SUV's of Mahindra in terms of features. MG is a Chinese-owned British brand and has recently entered in Indian market with MG Hector Plus, which is an optional 6 or 7-seaters SUV. Base variant of MG Hector Plus is offered at Rs 16.15 lakh (Ex-showroom) and has 10 variants to select, while the top-most variant comes at Rs 20.75 lakh (Ex-showroom). It has 2 engine options, 1.5L petrol engine and 2.0L diesel engine.
