Electric cars of Mahindra : Mahindra electric

Mahindra Electric unveiled their electric car concepts. 

Mahindra already has an very good presence in SUV sectors and now, Mahindra is going to step-in to the electric cars and the Mahindra Electric has unveiled it's new concept of EV. It introduced to 5 electric SUV cars under Mahindra Born Electric Vision which will be based on two brands. The first brand will line up with XUV and will be named as XUV E8 and XUV E9 while the second brand is totally new and will be named as BE.05, BE.07 and BE.09. 

Mahindra Born Electric Vision has built INGLO platforms which is going to outperform in terms of speed, power, safety, efficiency and built quality. Mahindra Electric says that cars built under INGLO platform will produce the power upto 250 kW in All-Wheel Drive and 175 kW in Rear Wheel Drive which will take you from 0 to 100 kmph in 5-6 seconds. The cars can get charged upto 80% in just 30 minutes and the battery capacity will be from 60 to 80 kWh. Mahindra Electric is going to offer a 5-star safety rating with ultra strong protection for passenger cabin and battery tray. 

The design is very futuristic and interior is loaded with lot of features as you can see a very wide display which surrounds the driver and co-driver. They will be having a 360 degree vision with 5 radars and it will have an autonomous driving and ADAS. The vehicle will have a 5G connectivity and best-in class features. Mahindra has inaugrated its state-of-the-art EV design studio in UK which is Mahindra Advance Design Europe. 

The INGLO platform can have the length range of 4368mm to 4735mm and wheelbase of 2762mm to 2775mm while it can have the ground clearance of 218 to 228mm which will help a lot to run on Indian roads. The battery type can be of LFP blade and prismatic cells which can have the driving range of 430 km to 450 km. The front motor can produce a power of 109 bhp and a torque of 135 nm while the rear motor can produce the power of 286 bhp and torque of 550 nm. The total power of RWD(Rear Wheel Drive) can range from 230 bhp to 285 bhp whereas the total power of AWD(All Wheel Drive) can range from 340 bhp to 395 bhp which makes us more eager to get in for the drive.

The first EV which is going to launch in India Mahindra Electric is XUV E8 which can be launched on December 2024 and it can have the length of 4740mm, width of 1900mm, height of 1760mm and wheelbase of 2762mm. The second EV can be XUV E9 which can be launched on April 2025 by Mahindra Electric and it can have the length of 4790mm, width of 1905mm, height of 1760mm and wheelbase of 2775mm. The third EV can be a BE.05 which can be launched on October 2025, with the dimension of 4730mm in length, 1900mm in width, 1635mm in height and 2775mm of wheelbase. The BE.07 and BE.09 can be launched in 2026 and it is predicted that it can be more futuristic and can have the more features than the all previous three.
